Brionna Robinson
BFA ’20 Animation and Interactive Design
Through the years, I have embraced multiple dimensions of art such as illustration, printmaking, graphic design, painting, and animation and interactive design. However, only one stuck in an animation. My love for it has grown exceedingly over the years.
My work entails a combination of visual effects, 2D and 3D animation, and motion graphics. Through my work, I attempt to examine the phenomenon of over-exaggerated characters and what it takes to bring those things to life. I create my works of art not just for the enjoyment of children and family, but for myself as well.
For as long as I can remember, my passion for art has dominated every aspect of my life. Since I was a little girl, I have always known what I wanted to do when I grew up. I am aware that most people are likely to enjoy art as children. It allows them to creatively express themselves. However, I realized early in life that art was not merely a hobby or a phase that I experienced. For me, art has always been my calling. Art is my life and I can’t imagine wanting to do anything else.
