SoAD Art Kit Award Application

We are please to support first year students who may be unable to purchase required art kits for ART 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1020, or 1030.  Please fill out the form below to begin the request process. Within four business days of receiving your request you will be contacted by staff from the School of Art and Design regarding the status of your requests. Please note that any art kits and/or supplies provided through this process will be available for pick-up in the School of Art and Design’s Main Office, which is open from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; closed on University and state holidays.
