Ceramist, painter, sculptor and teacher, in alphabetical order, my goal is to create expressionist works that unite fine and decorative arts with works in painting and ceramics. In hopes that my oeuvre exhibits aesthetic consistency. Continually manipulating form and surface, I allude to historical influence while creating works of unusual depth. Foot, naval, and surface characterize my decidedly anthropomorphic vessels. My casual approach to drawing, form, and color are a solid strength of the painterly vessels I create.
