My work is focused on landscape painting, a subject I developed an interest in after seeing an exhibition of Hudson River School paintings while studying painting at East Carolina University. My paintings are created from a combination of painting from life, memory, and the imagination. My primary mediums are oil and watercolor, which I will choose based on which I feel best suits the subject I have in mind.
