There are two forms to be completed via DocuSign PowerForms for the Thesis process. Click on the buttons below to initiate the PowerForm process.

Required signatures: Initiator (student), Thesis Committee Chairperson, Members, and Unit/Dept Chair (SoAD Director Kate Bukoski)
Apply to Graduate
You must apply to graduate two semesters before the intended completion date. Typically, it is the semester when you start your ART 7000 Thesis course. This will impact your full-time status in your final term of graduate studies.
